Dear readers, nice to see you.
NoNews Co., Ltd. (www.nonews.kr ) has finally met with readers.
Breaking away from the outdated practices of traditional media, NoNews has adopted the motto: “Reader-Centered Media! Trusted Media! Global Media!” and promises to remain dedicated to providing readers with useful information and the right to know.
No News aims to expand its readership to the entire nation and, furthermore, to establish readership and correspondents (guest reporters) in various countries around the world.
No News operates not as a reader-centered media outlet that rides on institutional press releases, but as a reader-centered media outlet, functioning as a two-way communication system where readers create the news and consume it.
We will provide fast information services and the candid, insightful opinions of experts across various fields, including politics, economy, society, culture, and education.
In addition, in response to the era of globalization and the age of artificial intelligence (AI), we will provide translated articles in English, Japanese, Chinese, and other languages, giving readers even greater choice.
No News will exclude articles based on a reporter’s personal opinion and will place its weight solely on public interest and reliability.
In addition, to provide higher-quality and more distinguished articles, we will operate the editorial office on an ongoing basis and strive to become a trusted media outlet by delivering substantial, well-crafted reporting.
In particular, to faithfully uphold our employees’ commitment to the press and the Journalist’s Code of Ethics, NoNews will establish and operate an independent Ethics Committee under the corporation and work to enhance our self-regulatory capabilities.
In addition, in line with being a reader-centered media outlet, we will establish and operate a Readers’ Committee to faithfully reflect readers’ valuable opinions, and we will regularly provide a forum for discussion.
We promise to listen carefully to readers’ advice and to respond positively even to their criticism.
No News will do its utmost, with all employees fully committed, to grow into the kind of media that readers want to see by going beyond Gyeongbuk Province and the Yeongcheon area to provide more substantial articles and useful information services.
We are grateful to everyone who has sent us great expectations, hope, courage, encouragement, and generous support for the launch of NoNews.
